It’s a simple fact of life: fart around in the garage on a Saturday, stuff gets done.
Finally installed the shift knob that I got a year ago for the MG. Had to drill it out and re-tap the threads.
And built the spare tire carrier I’ve been meaning to make for the truck for ages. It’s just a hunk of bent 1/4" aluminum with a bolt through it, but it seems pretty solid.

I finished my honey-do list and tidied up the workbench.
I love Saturdays.
